About Sunday Best
Sunday Best started in my kitchen at a time when nothing I ate felt safe.
I’ve dealt with health issues my whole life. Seizures, stomach problems, unexplained sensitivities, and eventually, a herniated disc that took a year to properly diagnose. I bounced from doctor to doctor, only to be handed medications that made everything worse. Nothing changed until I zoomed out and realized: it wasn’t just one thing. Everything was out of alignment.
So I started over, one choice at a time.
I stripped my diet down to the essentials: whole foods, no additives, no processed shortcuts. I shopped at farmer’s markets, cooked every meal from scratch, and read every label like my life depended on it: because it did. Slowly but surely, the symptoms eased. After years, I finally started to feel like myself again.
But I’ve always had a serious sweet tooth. And even with all the progress I made, there was nothing I could find on shelves that felt safe and actually tasted good.
So I got to baking.
Why Graham Crisps?
Our signature snack, Graham Crisps, weren’t planned. It was a happy accident that came from an attempt at turning homemade graham cracker dough into a pie crust. It failed spectacularly. But I had leftover dough, so I rolled it thin, baked it, and gave it a try.
It cracked like a chip, tasted like a cookie, and was impossible to stop eating.
From there, I kept refining the recipe- adjusting the ratios, testing different flavors, and holding myself to the same standard I used in every part of my life: if I wouldn’t use the ingredient on my skin or in my own kitchen, it didn’t make the cut.

Everything in Sunday Best is something I personally trust.
I use the same raw honey from our brittle on my skin when it’s irritated. The ingredients are about as real as you can get. Each batch is made from scratch, using simple, recognizable foods. No gluten. No dairy. No refined sugar*. No preservatives. Nothing weird, nothing to second guess. Just a sweet snack that actually loves you back.

We’re currently selling at farmers markets in Austin, TX.
You can find us at the Barton Creek Farmers Market on Saturdays from 9 AM-1 PM, and the Budaful Farmers Market on Sundays from 10 AM-2 PM.
